The ability to investigate every time a land enters the battlefield is just absurd value, especially in formats with Fetch Lands
3 or more: Monsters you control gain 100 ATK for each face-up card in any Extra Deck
Also, some cards on the list could fall or rise in spots based on preliminary findings, so if I put something at #6 that you think should be #10, dont sweat it
Players later in the turn order will know the choices made by players before them

I think I would only look to play this if I had big life costs in other areas of my deck, perhaps as a hedge/SB card against burn
