The copy created by Leyline of Resonance's last ability will have the same targets (all the same creature you control) as the spell it's copying unless you choose new ones

Funny enough, one of my favorite Standard decks I've ever played was a Delirium deck
The other two cards are misses from a reprint perspective, but theyre still both redeemable
