I could see this card being alright in some older-format combo decks
Sure, its not a bad card by any stretch, but its embarrassing compared to most of the other commanders in this set
Of course, if youre a green/black deck and have Vanille, Cheerful l'Cie to pair with Fang, enabling Ragnarok, Divine Deliverance is definitely worth it
